I spent a lot of time in northern AL for work. Every time I went to a store there were people parked in the fire lane in front of the store. They were not picking anyone up or loading there vehicle but actually parked there. They will follow ambulances on the right shoulder of the interstate over there. They're differn't. And if they think you are going too slow in the left lane they will flash their lights at you.
