Heifer is my young hunting dog, with mostly hunting/field bred bloodlines. This is my first time to attempt to put a confirmation title on a dog. I’m amazed that she earned her CH title ( pending AKC approval) at just 14 months old. Pic is from Thursday, she finished the title the next day. Maybe once I get a little more handle on her, she’ll be easier to hunt behind.
Ran her in a couple of hunt test last spring. Judges remarks were “That’s a lot of dog.” Another one wanted to know jokingly, if I spray painted a pointer red? One thing is for sure, she will be fun.

I'm getting my 3rd GSP soon and in addition to the performance stuff I've done with my other 2 GSP's i want to show this one as well.
Just curious on your approach.

Just curious on your approach. Took her to handling classes, to learn, and train her myself. Then would hand her over to a pro ring side. With me needing a knee replacement, my stride does not match her gait. A friend that is very new to showing, has taken her in the ring before and placed. Heifer does not care who you hand the lead to.
