We're supposed to be getting some here in about an hour, again. This has been one of the toughest seasons since we've been out here. Lots of rain and very humid on top of an early hot summer. Not fun. I have threatened my wife on many occasions I was moving to a dryer area and getting out of this godforsaken place. grin

It’s been dumping buckets up on the river for a couple hours, it’s flooding and pretty much still dark outside. We’ve had 2.1”s already this morning,

We got a light sprinkle early this morning other than that nothing. It all stays north of us or falls apart before it gets here.

Need rain in a bad way here around Breckenridge, ponds still bad low. Talked to a rancher friend last week and he'll have to sell all his cows by mid August if we don't get some run off rain, his ponds are almost dry.. I'll take all y'all don't need.

Yep. Most of the spring runoff rain was wasted on the cities.

Another 1.5" this morning. Since Saturday we've received 4" of rain.
It's almost mid July keep it coming, food plots will look great if it drys out enough to plant.

We sure need some rain in SW Bell County. Haven't had anything measurable in several weeks. Highs have been consistent from 100-104 and lows in the upper 70's. Would welcome a few or several inches. tanks are dried up and Lampasas river a hundred yards behind me is dry as well.
