I have the Ryobi set up....blower, drill, saws, etc. Have had them about 7 years or so and have been happy. Batteries still work fine, but at this point I only get about 15 minutes out of them on the blower which is fine for what I need. I have 3 batteries so easy to switch them out. I'll never buy another gas lawn tool, except maybe a chainsaw.

Yeah but it hasn’t been without issues. The weed eater has been the best, only been in the shop 4 times, the edger has burned up 2 cylinders and seems to be in the shop every 3 years for carb issues, the blower is extremely cold natured and will take 5+ minutes of warming up before you can give it throttle without it dying. There were days where I was mowing lawns everyday that I wouldn’t turn the blower off because I didn’t want to wait for it to warm up.

Just used my new Dewalt 60 bolt trimmer and blower today for th first time. Got a 9 Amp hour battery with it. I plan to add a second battery later but I got it all done on the one today. I also live on 2 acres and do a lot of weed eating. I got tired on my POS Stihl blower and husqavarna trimmer. Sure was nice to have the dewalts “start” when I pulled the trigger.

The milwaukee mower is nice but it cost 💲1200 dollars I have a lot of 12v and 18v milwaukee tools but just couldn’t talk myself into $1200 for the mower. I went with the husqvarna 40v mower comes with 2 7.5amp hour batteries it’s full metal body not plastic rear wheel drive very well built I got the mower plus the blower for 1000$ at lowes blower also came with a 7.5 amp hour battery and it needs it .

Milwaukee M18, the rest are just sucking hind tit. I have ran them all with my construction company and the ranch. Have over $3000 In the Milwaukee M18 family. They have everything a man could want. This comes from a man that swears by gas machines, I still have them and they have their place.

The weedeater with the big battery will trim 4 acres of fence with not stopping. The 1/2” impact will snap bolts off like nobody’s business.

You can come get my weedeater for a weekend and give it a test. You will be impressed Amigo.

Just depends on what you need it to do.

Yep, just like EVs are best when commuting short distances.

I have the Ryobi system. No complaints. Use the 40V weedeater and change to metal cutting blade for deer lease work. Blower is good for my around the house needs. Use it every couple days. I have extra batteries and quick change out. I have the Ryobi 40v chainsaw. It works but chain keeps coming off to easily even with adjustments. Still better than gas for light work needs.

Dad has the EGO chainsaw and really puts it to the test. I could not believe its power and battery life.

I'll be adding a lawnmower for next season and thinking EGO.

I’ve had an Echo 56volt leaf blower for 5 years. It does everything I need it to do on 1 acre corner lot after weedeating on a single charge. When needed, the battery has a short recharge time.

Be sure to check slickdeals.net. They will have some deals, mainly at HD on them. I have the Pole saw, edger and pole hedge clippers too. I know with the weedeater you have to take a couple extra passes at some stuff vs the gas but the weight and maintenance out weighs that. There are some "garage" sales around you can find off Marketplace that I have bought stuff on and can get some good deals. Not sure how these guys get the pallets of stuff but usually alot of Milwaukee and Ryobi stuff.

I bought a gas powered Echo chainsaw from a place in Terrell that buys and sells stuff like that. Wall to wall tools on shelf in and area that was probably smaller then my garage. I asked the lady if any of it was refurbished. She said nope. I think it is mostly open box returns. Lots of Ryobi stuff.

You’ll find new milwaukee mowers on the offer up app being sold without the charger and batteries. The charger, batteries, and power switch are all issues you’ll find in the reviews of this mower. I personally have bought numerous new m18 tools with bad batteries also returned them back to H/D
