Had the glass on a micro dot shatter. No fault of the equipment. I contacted CT customer service by email. Within a few minutes I received a phone call. We spoke a bit and I sent them 2 photos. Within 2 weeks I had a replacement sight at my door. Very easy to work with and they got the job done.
Good folks.

I have a CT 5 series scope on my .22. Someone kicked my rifle and broke the flip up scope cap at one of the NTXR 22 competitions last year. I called CT, and they sent me a free replacement scope cap the next week.

I love hearing these reports from companies. . The companies that suck at life (NOSLER) show up like the P.O.S. they are, more pronounced.

I don't believe I've heard your Nosler story yet. 2 gun companies that I've dealt with recently are Crimson Trace (above and beyond service) and Ruger (good service). I really like the Nosler Accubond, especially in .270, but price and availability have me looking at alternatives. What's your story?
