I will be renting the house next door to me, as a weekend rental cabin to anyone that may be interested.

It is a 2 bedroom house in a small cove on Cedar Creek Lake. Both bedrooms are master bedrooms with new Queen beds, both bathrooms are master bathrooms (walk in shower, garden tubs, his / her sinks, etc.).

It has a full kitchen with glass top stove and combination microwave / convection oven that has only been used as a microwave so far. Farm house style sink. Island / bar between kitchen & living room with 2 bar stools. Kitchen table converts to an 8 person poker table and a bumper pool table.

Sleeps 4 comfortably (one could stay on couch and eventually I will invest in a hide-a-bed couch)

Living Room with recliner, couch & 60" HD Smart TV with DVD player but right now, it will not come with satellite or cable but you can use your phone as wifi hot spot I guess & play whatever, might could steal wifi from me next door but not sure.

You can pull your boat right up to the retaining wall, tie it up and walk 50 feet uphill to the back deck of the house. (as long as lake is normal).
Private boat ramp is about a block away.

3 day minimum to schedule but If you call me and ask for one day, I will do that on a more last minute option. In other words if you call me today and ask for tomorrow one night, I will say come on. I will also schedule one day rentals for Tuesdays & Wednesdays.
$500 for Thursday at noon till Sunday at noon
$150/ night after that

Holiday weekends, P.M. me, I will have family on a lot of holiday weekends but check with me anyway, never know.

Not rented for this Memorial day weekend. I'd make a deal for $600 from Thursday at noon till monday at noon. I am fixing to post it on Air bnb tonight for the first time. I guarantee you won't be able to rent next Memorial day weekend for $600. PM me.
