The chicken comes in pre-marinated. Then it is dipped in milk and hand battered, and deep fried in a pressure fryer. Makes for a pretty juicy chicken sammy. Top it off with the absolute best service in fast food.

Take those soggy raw Chik-fil-a waffle fries home and put them in a preheated air fryer and they are much better.

I guess Braums stores can vary like any franchise. Our Braums burgers are pretty good, not as good as Whataburger, but pretty good.

Always order them without salt. They have to make a fresh batch of fries. If you like salt on your fries then ask for packets of salt and do it yourself. This goes for all FF places that serve fries.

They have the EXACT same thing wrong with their fries that Chick-Fil-A waffle fries suffer from. I ate a Braum's burger about 20 years ago. I got sick. Didn't go back for three years. Tried it again, got sick again. The only thing worse than their burgers is the fries...soft, under-cooked, and grainy.

You are not missing anything. Soggy sweaty cold bread, chicken with good flavor and a gross layer slimy "breading" with one pickle.

Braums used to make a decent burger but maybe it's the people that work there instead of Braums itself ?.We havn't ate in one in a long time and we prefer DQ because they are closer.

maybe it is. Ours is much better than our whataburger (soggy fries always). that said, I don't eat much fast food burgers. we have much better options at the local mom and pop places.

Went through the drive thru once…..ordered the biggest, bestest, fanciest sandwich on the menu….got home, opened the bag and found a plain, dry piece of chicken on a plain bun. No onions, tomato, lettuce, special sauce…no nothing! Could have been just that store (Grapevine) but I’m not trying again.
