Yes sir, move in ready. A ton of potential if someone really wanted to pursue things.

With very little work part of this house(1100sq ft single story section) could accommodate a multi-generational arrangement that is totally sufficient from the main house. Or it could be a rental. It has its own porch/entrance, bathroom, huge closet, separate propane water heater, washer/dryer. One would just need to add a kitchen.
