Snagged an old FN mauser at the gun show last weekend.

It has an issue...

If you squeeze the trigger while its on 'safe', it will fire when you take it off 'safe'.

Supposedly a common problem with some mausers.

If anyone knows a guy, I'm all ears.

Might just need to replace the safety lever. It's pretty simple. Just find a video on youtube that explains Mauser bolt disassembly.

Bubba mucked up fitting the aftermarket safety lever. Easiest thing for YOU to do is find an original and install, there are many ways to solve the issue though. I’d offer my assistance but I’m incredibly backed up. Sealous gun and rifle can do it, you may not like the wait.
