Look at the CZ 457 with 20" barrel, or any CZ 452, 455. Great shooters out of the box. At around $500.00 you can't go wrong.

I have a couple that fit the bill.
tikka t1x with lothar Walther barrel, timney trigger, in a krg bravo,
and a don smith (djdillon) full build Cz 455 in a mdt chassis with a benchmark barrel.
Both very accurate rifles.

Accuracy in a 22rf is about the ammo.
I have had more than enough.22rf rifles that each one of them was either crap or awesome depending on the brands of ammo.
This includes Anchutz 54, CZ’s, Ruger, Marlin, Winchester,etc
Each one had a specific type or two types of ammo that made them very accurate.
So the truth is you will have to spend the $$ and time to find out.
Currently my inexpensive Rugeer can shoot along with my CZ, with the ammo it likes. And that is not the cheapest ammo. The CZ is the same when it comes to ammo. You won’t get accuracy with the run of the mill 500 count boxes of ammo.
Forum says "Veteran Tracker". I could not track a garbage truck into a fireworks factory.

My CZ's like the CCI Velocitor ammo. If not shooting competition you'll find the correct ammo without much investment.
