When I lived over that way (12705 State Hwy 95, Flatonia, TX ) you couldn't beat V & V Sausage Co. Reasonable also.

Maybe something different but Pittsburg Hot Links smoked on the grill are out of this world. Indirect heat only because if you do them over the fire you’ll have a nice big stinking fire.

Mikulik Sausage from South Oaks drive in San Angelo Tx. Best you will ever eat. Hard to get but worth it.

Regular or jalapeño (my favorite). Their bacon is old school and excellent if you like it thick and not injected.

https://www.dreibruders.com/ try to stop at their food truck at least once a week and have for years before they moved to the current location. Great food I eat their stuff straight off the truck but when I buy the raw sausage I prefer to smoke it for a couple hours before storing it.
