I'm in one group text....my sister put me in one with her, my other sister and our mom. Dear Lord when they get started....30 to 40 texts in less than 3 minutes. I put them on silent notification a year ago and now I just check it when I have time. If it's an emergency they can call me or text me individually and it will go through...but not on that stupid group text. Whoever came up with that should be ejected from the Earth immediately.

No idea how many. But, if I don’t recognize the caller, I seldom answer.

But, I’m retired and it can get boring. So, I sometimes answer and let them give their spiel. Then, I start asking questions. Lots of question that wastes their time. Sooner or later, they catch on and hang up.

I’m in sales so probably a light day 50, heavy day 200 plus, and depending on what kind of day my wife is having we may see 300 or more if she’s texting me a million things she finds online.

I keep all my notifications off except for favorites. Those are on silent just a banner notification. I finally got tired of hearing my phone go off.

^^^ that would drive me insane...I don't do the little red notification bubbles. I delete stuff just to make those go away.

Currently I have 3 meeting invites I haven't responded too and 5 emails...everything else has no red bubble with numbers.

I have no idea how many phone calls, texts or emails but I guarantee you it's more than I'd prefer but about what is needed between family, friends and work. I've got a couple group threads that are muted but I notice when a red bubble is put up LOL!

I know nothing of these "red bubbles". Maybe Im just too old for my bubble to get red........

It's an Apple thing...see the picture above my post where ep has 4884 unread text messages...my "condition" won't allow for that.

Zero calls and Zero text. I don't carry a cell phone and I have an answering machine at home. Message says: "Leave a message, if I like you I will call you back"
