Not Central Texas but in East Texas.
I was standing at the kitchen window drinking my morning coffee and had a group of 5 yearlings come thru the yard. All but one of them has shed their headgear, the one still carrying it the larges of the group.

Cell cam pic this morning and a little eight point still has his headgear, both sides. It being March 19, I think that’s extremely late….

50% of my bucks have shed both large and small 12 miles west of Menard. (Western Menard County)

I've got one with 2" bumps and one that shed last Saturday west of Menard.
