Congrats on the truck, I think you did well on the color. Also, if you don't want to make a road trip, the dealer should be able to ship it right to your house for about $600, maybe a little more. I've done that with three vehicles I bought, one from Indiana, one from Arkansas, and one from Houston.

I like it except for the white letter tires.

I don't like the white letters either. It does not show in that picture, but they are also coming with chrome lug nuts. The only chrome thing on the truck. They need to be black like the wheels.

Pretty sure I have not seen that one. I will download it to add to my movie hard drive at the hunting lease. Someone uploaded it into the internet archive. Thanks.

I’m leaving towards the AEV Prospector in a MegaCab for my next truck. Only have 200k miles on this one, so it will be a couple years, I’d like to see 300k before getting rid of it.

I have always liked them but for the price, I don't see how I could buy one over a Cummins

I want the XL but really don’t want to replace 40 inch tires every 1.5 years. So I’ll settle for the regular prospector. Only thing I’d add is a full topper and electric lockers

just get regular mega cab and add Carli suspension and lockers.

carli systems or even Thuren is a much better platform then AEV

That is an awesome looking truck. Take a pic with the mirrors rigged for towing just for fun and post it.

The mirrors are redesigned for 2023. They don't flip or anything else you have to do manually. I am very happy about that. You can telescope them out for towing now. Among other features I think they can be set to automatically fold in when parked, but not sure. I picked the best package there was, but to be honest I don't have a clue what half stuff does that comes in it.

Truck was built 2/20. Tracker does not indicate it is on a train yet, but some have reported trucks showing up at dealers without the tracker ever showing it was shipped. At least it's not a diesel. The cummins are recalled with a stop sale until there is a fix to replace a grid heater wire connector. While I wait I started picking up some stuff for it. Picked up a warn wireless winch controller. NH Overland Auxiliary battery tray and battery doctor isolator. Next will probably be pillar/ditch light mounts with cube lights and wireless remote adapter so I can use one of my garage door buttons to control them. Then who knows what next to the small pile I am starting. The longer it takes to get here, the bigger the pile will get.

I still need to find a trusty north Dallas window tint place as I would like to take care of that in the first week. And there are at least a dozen Dodge dealerships around Dallas I think. I also need to research which one would be best to have lined up for any future warranty work.

I'm excited for you. Very cool truck.

Dont forget the air compressor. I haven’t been able to tear this one up yet https://www.viaircorp.com/portables/400p-auto

I saw on another forum where someone clipped the alligator clamps off and wired that same compressor to a 7 point plug utilizing the 12v trailer accessory wire for power. That way they could just plug it into the bumper and not have to open the hood. If I don't go with an onboard compressor, I might do that. Those ARB onboard compressors are EXPENSIVE!

Coworker just got an onboard for his power wagon. $700 if I recall correctly.
