Not a real good day today. Root canal and a crown prep. Had to think of something soft, but delicious too, and would take my mind off my jaw!!! Small shrimp, andouille sausage, rotisserie chicken, diced tomatoes, onion, okra, jalepenos, S&P, file gumbo, and red pepper flakes. That looks good, but I think you have your gumbo to rice ratio a little off.

Looks good, we made one this week with Red deer heavy smoked sausage, chicken, and crawfish
