My daughter and a couple friends are going to a concert at the BOK Center this Summer and are seeking an Air B&B or VRBO nearby, but I don't have any idea about where to stay/not stay around downtown Tulsa. Looks like most rentals are S/SE of downtown Tulsa. Any thoughts on where they may want to avoid?

Thanks for any help!

J.R.

If I didn't live in Tulsa, I'd stay at the Mayo Hotel. It's historic and it's 3 blocks from the BOK Center. But I don't know about their parking policy. You cam call them and ask. (918) 582-6296. Or maybe their website explains it.

5 years to make your first post, that’s impressive.

I lived just south of Tulsa for a year, Tulsa is a mess, their cops shoot the chit out of people.

Stay at the Mayo, that’s where we stay when we go to Tulsa. It’s within walking distance of the BOK or a 1 minute Uber ride. The parking at the motel isn’t an issue, and the rooftop bar is pretty cool. The hotel isn’t like a traditional one, it’s more like a very decked out condo and pretty posh.
