This last ice storms weight of the ice pulled the Gutter down from the roof.
The eaves come out 30" away from the wall so my plan is not replacing the gutters since the water runoff will be far enough away from the foundation and no more cleaning gutters out.
Problem/challenge is the dip stick builder ran the soffit to the outside edge of the Fascia board instead of butting it up to the board underneath.

So my thought now is finding a thin enough Composite Fascia board to slap over the existing board and Soffit that will not stick out further than the roofs shingles.
I have already cut the ends off of the gutters off and have ends caps to put on.

Any suggestions, advice or easier way to skin this cat?

I'd re-hang and rescrew that gutter if it were me....

Gutter is gone, this is the second time ice has pulled it away from the roof, last time it just sagged and I rehung it with heavier wood screws than were originally used.
If there is a flashing out there that would cover it all and have a wood looking texture on the outside, that would probably be a heck of a lot easier and more desirable looking.

Looks like more of improper or poorly installed gutters or wood rot..........

Use 1/2 smart board to cover facia, but make sure it's under shingles so the edge doesn't get wet than redo gutter.

Aluminum fascia and make sure it goes behind the drip edge and 90's under the soffit.

Have the gutter installer wrap with the aluminum fascia, bent on site to fit correctly. Re hang new gutter. None installed properly will come down, no matter how muc ice. We had 20-30" of snow on roof, then temps went to high 30's for a week. Every gutter on every house has a six inch ice dam now!! Put a electric cable heat tape if you're really worried about another ice storm

Put the gutter back up and add leaf guards. Too much water on a slab foundation is worse then not enough.

This. I even put gutters on my rent houses for this reason.

Just my opinion, but if you’re intent on no gutter, I’d make sure the ground has a decent slope away from the foundation.

I would also tear down those wing walls at the front of the house, I have never been a fan of those.

I always it too, the 60s/to mid 70s look.

My house has them too and it was built in 1980.

That is about the ages I always see them from the 1980 till around 1987 seem to be when they were in style.

House was built in 1977, now that I have cut the trees down on both sides of the house and can grow grass there, the wing walls will come down.

Probably good advice and appreciated, but no mas to gutters on both sides, will keep them in the front and back though.
Also my eaves stick out 24" not 30", must have used Red Rangers measuring techniques on the original 30" measurement

I think the soffit vents were added after the house was built and instead of tearing out the old soffit correctly, they just covered it up and dropped it down below the bottom of the facia board. Almost like they were covering up something.

Either have a siding guy make the pieces for you or take the measurements to a metal shop and have them do it. You can get textured/wood look aluminum coil stock also.

Stub, go to mueller or metal mart or the metal building supply house of your choice and have them custom break the trim in the color of your choice. It will be 26 gage steel but will last longer than you or I.

I'd rap the fascia with aluminum trim like drop tine said but I'll add one thing....at the bottom where it bends 90, add one more bend at a 45. Water will capillary back and still get the soffit wet....that last bend will insure a true "drip edge". The old days of vinyll soffitts you could wrap at a 90 but with wood you need that last 45 bend.

Call ARS building supply in Lancaster, they sell the aluminum coil and can make your trim for you. Just give them a footage, profile and color. They sell you the trim nails also.
