This is day three since she got the news. I feel like I have been a good nurse, cook, waiter, and dishwasher during this time. Fingers crossed that I can get by without catching it.

Gonna tell you the same thing I tell everyone else. Get a fingertip pulse-oximeter and check her O2 levels frequently. When I had it, that device was my warning sign to get to the hospital. Otherwise, might have died sitting in my recliner (ended up in hospital for almost three weeks).

Of course, I sincerely hope she has a mild case.

my wife had it two weeks ago. she had flu like systems for 2.5 days.. she tested positive day 2. I nor rest of the house got it. I and she both took ivermectin. cool thing now is mixing pharmacies can pre-mix your dosage for your weight so you just have take one pill.

I got it a week ago and the Wife 2 days later. It has been a lot tougher this go round than the first time with it where I got the drip Trump got the day I tested positive for it and just slept a lot for a couple days. The Wife did not get it that time. This time the second day of it wound up in the ER with 104+ temp and dehydrated. felt better after 2 Liters of cold saline solution and getting hydrocodone script. After that still a couple nights with 102+ fever but after 5+ days above 100 a week later I am finally back to my normal 97.8 degrees. Sore and weak but still here.

At those temps I was sweeting faster than I could hydrate and forget the low sodium diet, electrolytes getting too low low. Gatorade or Powerade is your friend.

Got my Sister to pickup a lot of eggdrop soup was out food for a couple days.

Wife and kiddos have gotten some version or another of it on and off last couple of years,
but hasn't hit me yet though prolly because I've 'absorbed' enough Ivermax pour-on over the years treating cattle . . .
