I’m looking at doing a 60x40x14, two roll up doors on front wall(40’). Covered parking on one side(60’) for RV/toys), and covered parking on front wall. Concrete slab approx 45x85, covered RV area just gravel.

Current costs? NW of Ft Worth.

I don’t know about prices. But I do watch Wolf Steel buildings on YouTube. Might be worth looking into. I don’t know anything about their work. But the talk prices. To give you a ballpark.

Plus they’re in Texas.

I believe that wolf is making those steel tubing buildings. Most people want a clear span ibeam building when asking about a metal building. At least anyone I’ve ever known. Steel tubing is for carports to be blown into the neighbors pasture.

A good friend of mine and I will build some near us, and the "right" project. Where we landed on labor.

$7 square foot framed and sheeted. Walls and roof.
Every penetration (door/window) is $500. It is always a slow down. Frame it, install the door or window, trim it, cut sheets to fit. What I call log jams.

Figure concrete at 5" and put piers in it. That's going to average out to $10 a square foot.

Steel costs? Holler at Mueller and Metal Mart. Your building is a common size. They can probably give you a price for the steel quickly over the phone.
