May be different but is outlined in how your trust was created.

Doesn’t matter though — you can’t Form 1 it on a trust unless it was in the schedule previously

Quote
For trust applicants, ATF will perform a thorough review of the trust
documents provided with the eForm 1 application to ensure the firearm sought to be registered
to the trust was property possessed by the trust prior to the date the final rule is published in
the Federal Register. Therefore, an eForm 1 application to register a firearm equipped with a
“stabilizing brace” to a trust will be disapproved if the applicant fails to demonstrate the trust
possessed the firearmprior to the date the final rule is published Federal Register.

How would the trust possess the stabilizing brace before when it was not required to have a stamp?

Trust can possess anything you want. You can assign toe lint to your trust if you want.

Final rule isn’t officially published, so you could add to your schedule a now and then get it notarized before finalization.

Last year it was assault rifles. Right now it's pistol braces. Remember when free speech was free? Many successful attacks later we do not have free speech. There are of course a few. But braces have become one big game of "I'm not touching you" with the ATF.

That’s a valid question.

I too have a valid question…why was it legal for a decade and now about to be illegal?

I don’t own one, never have but I am an opponent of new stupid laws, always have been.

The ATF is nothing more than a political arm of whoever has current majority.

I said it.

Now, saying that I hope Crenshaw fixes this bs because he now has majority.

He likes votes too

Yesterday he posted an Instagram video or him shooting at a gun range and the comments were 99% people riding his azz about the new pistol brace ban.

And that’s what made him make that latest posts. His voters are against it and it was overwhelming against it.

He saw them…

Very few of Benedict Crenshaw’s voters wanted him to send money to Ukraine…he’s there for Danny, you’re [censored] yourself if you think otherwise. But sit back and watch his croanies net worth grow at the expense of the American people. He’s a wolf in sheeps clothing. There are a lot of Republicans in on this entire take and it doesn’t take a whole lot of paying attention to see it.

I’m sooooo happy we had bump stocks banned under Trump… otherwise it would be a travesty.

Funny how many ppl forget that they were banned under Trump. Neither party cares about your gun rights. There just happens to be one party that placates to gun owners for their votes.

I mean for all of us guys who paid and waited for SBR stamps back in the day, you can't tell me you didn't see this coming. The first time I saw a brace, I knew it was going to be problematic, didn't think it would take this long.

My original AR pistol is just a buffer tube with foam on it, functionally, it's unwieldy and dumb, and it was more of a novelty. Now, I'm thinking it's a good dime to get a free Tax Stamp for it and slap a true stock on it... this is possible right?
