I have had an M&P 15-22 since shortly after they first came out. When I bought it, it was a jam-o-matic but it wound up being a design flaw that S&W knew about and they paid shipping both ways to fix it. Since then it has been 100% reliable and about as accurate as any of my other semi auto 22's.

S&W M&P15/22 is a quality gun. I shoot mine suppressed and unsupressed without issue. Like all 22lr they get dirty. Clean it like any other AR and it will run. My initial reason for the purchase was that you could upgrade the S&W with milspec like parts. For instance a grip, trigger, safety, stock, etc. can be changed out easily. Not the same with others. Like the Colt built by Walter.

I am a fan and will always have mine around for cheap and fun shooting.

I have a HK-416 and love it. Carry a lot of ammo in a pocket if needed.

Tippmann AR22. Real aluminum receiver and upper. Controls are exactly like the center fire rifle. Build quality is great too. Mags are 25 rounders and are very well made and engineered. Surprisingly accurate to boot. Really like mine.

I have several of the cmmg 22 conversions that I run In my regular ARs. Didn’t want to spend $ on a dedicated 22 ar. They run flawlessly for me and $150 vs 3-500 made more sense to me
