She is not entitled to child support that is paid to the mother or father that has custody and if the mother signed a contract it sounds like she is SOL. Also the value of the Cowboys and Jerry are two separate things. Jerry may be the owner but the Cowboys are a separate Corp I bet.

Guideline support in Texas is 20% but that is capped when someone makes around 150k/year (with some exceptions but every family law attorney I’ve spoken with says it’s rare).
