I have the urge to load some 110's in .270 for deer, in particular the Accubonds or the TTSX. Anyone tried these? If so, how did they work?

Not those two, but have shot some mild loaded 110 Sierra pro hunters as reduced loads for my wife/nephews/kids and they worked great. With an accubond, Barnes or similar bullet I think they would be great.

I worked up a 270 Win load with the 100 grain SP many years ago. It was running 3498 fps! It was a screamer. It did well and I liked it as a general hunting load. Surprisingly, the bullet held together well and would provide exit wounds on deer.

Years ago in the local hardware store I found an old faded box of Remington Core Lok 100 grain .270. They were deadly on whitetail.

110TTSX works great at about 3150fps in my M70. Hammers deer but not your shoulder.
