I prefer mine un-bleached. I think it has more character.

Foreeeever !
I skined his face and dug out as much meat as i could and boiled for a couple hours one day . Let him sit in water and soap over night . Boiled a little more next day and hit him with the power washer . Thinking about bleaching but i kinda like the natural look . How easy is it to bleach ? You sit it in something or paint that perioxide stuff on it ?

Don't bleach, use peroxide. Don't use the brown bottle stuff, it has little to no effect on the skull, go to the beauty supply and get the 40%, which is the highest you can buy without a license, use the cream one. I brush it on and then wrap it with saran wrap for 24 hours and then hose off.

If grease is still trapped in the bone then peroxide will not be that great in getting it white. Completely degreased skulls almost don't need to be peroxided, they get pretty white just by being degreased.
That's my .02.

Next time add a bit of sodium carbonate (AKA Soda Ash or Sal Soda) to the water when you cook the skull and don't let the water boil. After a bit of cooking the meat and tissue will sluff off the skull with very little effort. Not only does Na2CO3 dissolve the tissue it is a very effective degreaser.
