Needing a good combo lock for my storage containers/Conex. Nothing Home Depot sells (Master Lock) will work. I had the Level 9 ones cut off with bolt cutters. They need to be longer to allow them to fit though the arm holes on the container. Anyone have a good one they can recommend? Amazon has basicly what HD and Lows have.

Give this company a look, we have used the 330 locks on 6-8 trailers since 2001 and they have been great. Not cheap, but far better than you'll get at a box store. Ours use the half moon keys, no experience with the combo style. https://www.abloy.com/au/en

I'm curious how any of them hold up to a battery powered cutting tool? One of those circular type saws?
To be determined

None are foolproof. They are just a deterrent to keep people honest and force a thief to move on to an easier target. As I have said numerous times before, build your security in layers. If a thief wants in then they will get in. Most "padlocks" are garbage and are easily breached.
I am still looking for the perfect apron, one with reinforced knee areas would be perfect.

For what its worth, the latches on the containers that the locks go through are typically cast aluminum and easily cut. Ours was broken into and the lock was still attached. I ended up welding a cross bar of sorts out of pipe and heavy angle iron. I'm sure they can still get into it, but hopefully I slowed them down a bit.

All can be defeated. Just a time issue and how much can you slow them down
