Among the items stolen were trailers, 4-wheelers, UTV side-by-side vehicles, trucks, tools and more, police said.
At least 27 storage units were hit.
LCPD investigated a storage unit burglary at Sports Shed Boat & RV Storage on Lawrence Road on Aug. 10. Detectives identified the suspects involved in the burglary and determined that multiple storage units from seven different states had been burglarized.

There was a theft ring busted a couple of years that had stolen RVs, dozers, trucks, trailers and the strangest thing to steal.......a bison.

Scumbags..hope they get bent over in the pokey. I despise thieves. I hate a theif with a passion. Same here. When I was 11 years old, we went to visit relatives out of state for Christmas and came home to find our home ransacked literally 1 month after we moved in. I had never seen my mom cry so much as she discovered all of the precious (to her) items that were taken that her mom had passed on to her. My mom was a tough, but very caring woman and she didn’t cry about much. It left a lasting impression of pure anger in my head towards the scumbags that did this.
