I used ground axis because it’s faster than waiting for strip loin to stew and get tender. Especially when you have 4 cheese heads waiting for dad to finish the dinner so they can devour it in under 5 minutes. Simple to make. One pot wonder. Use gluten free pasta and corn starch to thicken. Other than that it’s beef broth, onions, mushrooms, garlic, sour cream, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper. Cheers!
