I used ground axis because it’s faster than waiting for strip loin to stew and get tender. Especially when you have 4 cheese heads waiting for dad to finish the dinner so they can devour it in under 5 minutes. Simple to make. One pot wonder. [Linked Image]

Use gluten free pasta and corn starch to thicken. Other than that it’s beef broth, onions, mushrooms, garlic, sour cream, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper. Cheers!
