Hey everyone. I picked up a Browning Ridgeline trail camera.

It is a dual carrier camera but t=you have to choose one. I went through the setup and chose ATT as the carrier as that is good here at the farm.

After 10 attempts, I get a "Network Fail" message. Just will not connect. So, I thought I would just change to Verizon and see if that worked. Even after factory rest I cannot change to Verizon now.

Does anyone know how to release it from AT&T and move over to Verizon?

Also, it says "LTE" camera. I do not have LTE hear but have 5 bars 5G service. Does this only work on LTE? Who in the sticks has LTE?

I don’t know anything about the Browning, but on the Tactacam dual camera I had, you had to switch SIM cards to switch carrier. Same as the reolink I had. I could switch carriers, but had to switch sim

What he said.

No need to switch SIM cards per carrier on Browning. If you already set it up on ATT you will need to call their CS to have it reset.
Their customer service is outstanding so it should be simple.

Copied from a YouTube video, it works, I tried it. Ended up returning camera anyway because I didn't have enough signal to transmit.
Power off the camera
Remove the SD card
Press the Mode button AND the Right Arrow button at the same time and
power the camera back on.
Information will display on the screen
Insert the SD card
Wait and a bunch of numbers will
appear
Power the camera back off and on again and reselect your carrier
