Filleted and fried up some boneless chicken breasts, with penne pasta with a creamy Parmesan/Mozzarella Alfredo sauce. Pretty mild, and the MIL loved it. So hard to find things you like, on the return from the hospital!!!  . Lots of crushed red pepper flakes on mine, to amp it up a bit. Oh how I miss this 11,000 calorie pasta dish. Looks great! Yeah, nothing like carbo loading to make your self fall asleep earlier than usual!
