Arrowed what I guess was a hundred pound boar. He staggered into the brush and I saw him circle a tree. A full hour later I got down to look. Arrow covered in blood. Great blood trail. Saw him laying just past the tree and as I approached he jumped and ran. I figure a liver shot. Found more blood the direction he ran but didn’t follow just yet.

My buddy shot a budk earlier this week. We tracked for over 5 hours. Blood trail went over 500 yards (GPS verified). Tons of blood at one point, and then it petered out. Finally lost the trail and couldn't pick it back up. We were on our hands and knees finding little drops at more than one point in the tracking. Probably not worth that much effort for a pig.
