I have exhausted all other avenues readily available to me so now I’m going for unconventional…

My name is Emmett Dibble, I am the current TSRA Smallbore Silhouette director. I run the state smallbore silhouette championship match.

I am looking for a group that would like to make $1500-ish for a day and a half worth of real easy work. Saturday and Sunday, November 12th and 13th. Saturday everyone would also get lunch included. The job is resetting smallbore silhouette targets at Bayou Rifles Addicks range.

It would need to be 8-10 pre-teen to 15/16year old kids with parent supervision.

If this sounds like something your group or a group you may know of would be interested in please contact me here or email me at cedestech at yahoo.com.

Thanks,

smile

I’ve tried several FFA groups, 4H shooting groups, HS shotgun teams…. A few years ago never had a problem. Now…. ? That is why I am posting here… they need to be 2A friendly.

Look at Trail Life USA troops. What the boy scouts used to be.

Thank you! I just reached out to the chapter closest to the match. I agree about the boyscouts and that is a reason I have not reached out to them. They are not what anyone over 40 remembers... frown

If anyone has any other suggestions please let me know. I honestly didn't think this was going to be an issue...

This^^. I was in boy scouts. Got my son involved a few years ago and we decided that boy scouts weren't for him. We found Squad STX, which is just a summer camp, but it more closely resembles what the boy scouts used to be.

Yes, I know there are "teens" out there that would love to hang out and reset targets for a day and a half for $150 - $200 but I need 6 - 10 and they usually only come in singles...

Not my first rodeo but my first I have had such a hard time finding setters. I was ghosted by the group that my club president wanted me to use for over 2 months which put me 2 months behind...

wink
