I have a Champion converter generator. I’m using ethanol free gas. I have cleaned the air filer and put oil back into the filter. I am getting carb or black powder build up real quick which causes me to loose power. I took the screen cover off to blow the exhaust out better. I have changed the oil. Any idea why I’m getting a build up so quick?

Is the choke partially on? That would do it.
