Figure in airfare, hotel and tickets to this..it gets a little pricey

LSU home game one day and thought about going to Daytona to speed week and may try this February . Would go to TMS this weekend but too dang hot.

We have a really good record vs Texas since they came to the big 12. Love the atmosphere in stillwater. So many memories.

I've done TX/OU and have had the chance to go to AL/Auburn multiple times but just haven't been able to make it work out.

I don't know that any top the Army/Navy game that we got to go to in Philly a couple years back. That is truly a special game.

I went to UT vs. ATM when Vince Young won the game...that was cool.

I think Yankees vs. Red Sox would be cool in either stadium.

That bold part above is key.

Catching the epic matchups in a home stadium for one of the competitors is a necessity to get the environment right. I've been to the Super Bowl and NCAA Mens National Championship, and honestly the environment isn't that great - too many people show up just to be seen. I think an exception to that rule could be made for the TX/OU at the Cotton Bowl, Florida/Georgia in Jacksonville, etc.

Rose Bowl and Rose Parade are great! For anyone with an ounce of golf interest in their body, going to Augusta any day of Masters week is a borderline religious experience. That place is off-the-charts special.
