Is there a good source for finding data on rainfall totals per year? *** I can't find any. Everything seems to be current amounts, like last week or last month.
I need historical amounts.
I would like to know rainfall totals for prior years in Texas by City, County, and / or Zip Code.

This is a good website, you chose time frames.. Does not seem to be working very good right now, keeps show maps that a greyed out.. https://water.weather.gov/precip/
