We just were informed by a long time outfitter we work with that 3 - Unit 12 landowner tags became available last minute for this fall. These landowner tags are Unit Wide, so not ranch specific. Hunting will take place on either public land or private land, depending on elk movement. Shot opportunity on this hunt is right around 90% with bulls averaging in the 270-320 range with couple larger taken every year.
We have had over 30 clients hunt with this outfitter over the years with great success!

As a side note, moisture this year has also been very good in the unit and it seems to be showing on antler growth......below is a picture from one of our clients that just returned from Unit 12 with the bull he harvested on his archery hunt!!
