That is a nice piece of land, but it is missing a decent house on there for that kind of money $4,562.50 an acre

It is hard to find a decent house in town for 365k these days. I guess decent is subjective though.

Nice looking property for the price. It is hard to find anything in that range per acre anymore. Access sounds a little funky. That may be why the price is as low as it is.
