When someone says this, "I would be happy with an eight win season...... "

Once you start looking past the next game you play. 1 game at a time.

I take my cues from Jimbo.

So 10 seconds into the first quarter?

Gig 'em!

Pass the gravy.

I’m a Hokie fan, and I’m excited to report that, before the first full Saturday slate of games, I could relax and just enjoy college football for what it is and not stress about my team the rest of the season. Virginia Tech’s season is over, and now it’s just about development.

That is a pretty tough start, consider my Cajuns start last year… dropped their first game to UT of all teams, won out the remainder of the year & post-season, finishing #16.

Cajuns, TTU & TAMU all won today, good day in NCAA-F.

I couldn’t be happier to be back to completely wasting my Saturdays.

SEC is still the king and it ain't even close. It was obvious after the 1st quarter. Media will still cram Notre Dame and Ohio St down our throats all year long.

Appreciate you trying to make me feel better, but UT isn’t a commuter school from the Sunbelt, and VaTech should have won on talent alone. It’s college football season and I’m very happy for that.

Yeah, you’re a big shot ACC school who has a slightly worse Top 25 finish record in the last 10 years as my Sunbelt commuter school. I guess you should be REALLY disappointed. 😀
