We like them and the wife gets one anytime she goes to Sam's Club. No better or easier chicken salad, and they have great croissants.

I put it in the fridge overnight, then pull it apart and make great sandwiches with chunks of it.

Can’t stand them. Ate them almost everyday for year when I was a kid because after 8pm they were free. That sh!t got put in everything. There were nights we couldn’t afford Hamburger helper, so it was just the chicken on a plate.

Everyone once in a while I will buy one from Costco. I take a few bites and then I am done, usually end up letting the dog eat the rest.

I like them if they aren't pumped full of sodium. Good luck finding one that isn't.

Haven't bought one in several years. They make good chicken sandwiches.

Heck yes a nice plump juicy yard bird already seasoned and cooked for $4.98 that taste very good.

I also use them to make chicken noodle soup with some veggies in it, I throw the skin in the pot and man that is some rich broth up

I buy two if I'm going, eat one and de-bone/freeze the other for future use. Somebody mentioned the sodium, I agree they go way heavy on the brine and wish it was less but you can't put your own whole chicken on the table for anywhere near $4.98. Pro Tip, not sure about Costco, but Sam's birds are a lot larger (and cheaper) than any of the local grocers. I think I weighed the last batch at a little over 2.5 lbs of de-boned chicken. For $4.98.

Sams or Costco - pretty dang good, one per week or so. Can't roll my own that cheap/good. 1 makes 2 meals for the five of us.

I can understand that - buddy of mine hates pork-chops cause that's all they ever got as a kid. My mom hated fried-catfish, also burnt-out on it as a kid.

The stuff I hated as a kid (fortunately wasn't routine fare) I actually love now - (spinach, liver&onions, onions, beans, squash, etc).
