Panther City, Brix, Dayne's, and Smoke A Holics are all better than Heim in Fort Worth proper. Heim has massive consistency issues in my opinion.

this is killing me. Trying to ember if that place was over off Houston Street area or on the other side of IH 10 by Gevers & Rigsby.

Was in Illinois years ago and drove past a sign that said ‘genuine Texas BBQ’. That suggests that the BBQ here is the best, if Yankees are claiming to be as good as Texas in cooking.
