It’s weird. Last time I was here I bet I saw a hundred gators. They were everywhere, even swimming across the main lake. Today I didn’t see one gator.

Yep water street. They were good. I do loves oysters but prefer the $15 a dozen kind over the $59 these cost for 1.5 dozen.

I did pretty good I thought for winging It. All I brought was a ten year old pack of saltwater assassins in new Penny and some jig heads.

I took off wading from the boat ramp bobo mentioned. The water was really nice.

Yup
Son caught a 27.5" trout just last week as well as a couple good sized blacktip sharks up to 5.5'.

But if the OP is interested in wading the bay/laguna I'd suggest a trip to bird island and there are plenty of places there you can walk right in or kayak and then get out along the spoil islands and wade the guts.


High fence, low fence, no fence, it really doesn't matter as long as you're hunting!
