Just got back from Marathon Florida fishing trip, we went after Mahi Mahi and Tarpon, no luck on those, but hit the jackpot on Skipjack Tuna, I caught 8 and my buddy caught 8, all in all a great trip, and just missed the Tropical storm!

They taste really good, but you have to "bleed" them by cutting up the gills before you throw them in the box, if you don't the taste is a little off.

I do the same thing with catfish...my favorite meat target. I also do the same for saltwater reds and drum.
