They taste really good, but you have to "bleed" them by cutting up the gills before you throw them in the box, if you don't the taste is a little off.

They taste really good, but you have to "bleed" them by cutting up the gills before you throw them in the box, if you don't the taste is a little off. I do the same thing with catfish...my favorite meat target. I also do the same for saltwater reds and drum.
