We are looking for 6 more hunters to fill our lease. Year round access with electricity and water. Deer, dove, turkey, hog, quail, and varmits for $1275 a gun. 2100 total acres with approximately 600 in wheat. Land located just south of Elbert, TX.

This sounds like a hell of a deal. Good county for all the game mentioned, and the price is very good. Way below lease prices for this good of an area. You shouldn't have a problem filling it.

Yes in deed it is very aggressively priced. I think it comes to a little over seven dollars an acre. All of the other places around us are up to twelve without water and electricity. The landowner/rancher is part of the lease and hunts with us. I have hunted all over Texas and have truly enjoyed my six years with these guys.

kat- Just checked with the lease manager and he would not be interested in that trade at this time. If he can't fill the spots, the money comes out of his pocket.

Some more land was added, thus more spots opened. This lease is for 11 total guns. A couple of the guys also were so stretched with gas prices, they could not justify the expense.
