Just got home from the local Kroger. 2 briskets, 2 racks of ribs, 2 watermelons, and a box of ice cream sandwiches. Thinking of grinding 1 of the briskets. I'm set for the long weekend.

It is the most out dated store with poor selection of everything, linoleum floors, cheap metal looking shelving and so on?

Several years back I asked the manager why they do not remodel this store and make it a Signature type store?
He basically said they really do not care, the store has always lost money, the keep it open for its location point or something like that. hammer

I worked at that store in 1985.

I can't wait for HEB to expand into DFW fully, and run Kroger, Tom Thumb, and Albertsons out of business. Or at least make them step it up a notch.
