Finished with my project and have the new ride headed this way. In the last couple years I have replaced the motor(7.4 vortec), trans (freakshow 4l80e), transfer case, completely went through the front end. Gutted the interior and replace carpet with rubber flooring. Installed dynamat to floor ceiling and doors. Replace entire stereo system and speakers. Wired lights to run off police metal center console with fun switches. Over $20K worth of work done to this rig. Rack is removable and chairs can be removed also. Has been an awesome rig and runs like a champ. Took it to South Dakota last year pheasant hunting never missed a beat. The 3/4ton suburban tows great and will go almost anywhere, I wouldn't hesitate to jump in it and go anywhere.

Asking $18,000 OBO Will knock 2K off price if you don't want the rack and front basket.

Also has a removable railing that pins in place so it is easy to remove when not needed

Thank you sir. Hope the Ole Camo Beast is still taking care of you. Miss that old square nose it was a fun build.

Just got home this morning from Reno NV with the new rig and Mamma already commented about how many vehicles we have now so somebody who needs a very reliable great hunting rig needs to jump on this before I get in trouble
peep

Pic from last March after a youth varmint hunt when the railing and chairs were all in place. And YES it was a little bit muddy, not that The Reaper minds the mud. And to answer the smart alec PM people NO I don't wash my vehicles very often I live 2 miles down a dirt road so it really wouldn't do any good banana2

Not trying to be a "smart alec", but after seeing you try to sell this vehicle for more than a year, cleaning it inside and out might help with your sale.

Actually I took it off the market for about 8 months while I finished the few things that needed done to have it fully ready. Including new fuel injectors and finishing the front bumper including wiring in the lights and having it Rhino lined

I was asked about trades today so here it goes.
Possible trades;
Slide into the bed pop up style camper. Not for deer lease for the wife and kid and I to take on vacation so it has to be pretty nice
Higher end thermal scopes with range finder. I have one but wouldn't mind a little better one with a range finder
Leica range finding binos
Nice single bench seat UTV
Outside chance of a nice rifle or shotgun.

Most of these would have to be plus cash obviously but for those who want to do some horse trading I'm up for a little trading

Memorial Day bump.

Was asked again about reliability. VERY reliable I took it to South Dakota and back for a Pheasant it was awesome! It drives great runs strong and never misses a beat. I would jump in it today and go on a long road trip again without hesitation.

Bump it up. Here is a pic from when I removed everything from the interior and put Killmat down on the floor and ceiling before replacing the carpet and headliner with a rubber floor mat and new headliner a few years back. Also replaced the entire stereo system at the time

Pic from when we had the new motor put in it. All new accessories belts, motor mounts, hoses. Didn't spare the $$ and replaced everything going back in accept the Alternator which I had already replaced and has a lifetime warranty.

OK so the wife found something she wants and I realllllly want to get it for her so If you buy this before the other thing sells I will drop the price to $16K with rack an everything or $14K without the rack and front basket and ladder.

And YES it will tow just like a 7.4 was meant to tow. Picked up the wifes truck in Ft Worth 2 years ago and towed it back to Abilene running 65 the whole way got 9.5 mpg. And NO the Tundra wasn't broke down.

Might be willing to do a partial trade for a exotic or elk hunt. Taking it to South Dakota on a pheasant hunt in October if anyone up that way wants to see it.
