100 plus acres between Ozona and Iraan off of 190. We own 100 acres on top and there are 2 canyons that we own half of on either side. there are 2 campers that have ac/heat, we have a outdoor kitchen with a water system. There is electric on the property and there is a common well on the ranch. There are blinds and feeders and water troughs in place. There is a wildlife excemption on the property so it helps out on your taxes. The property taxes are less than $50 a year. There are whitetail,mule deer, turkey, goats,quail, dove, moutain lions and we have seen some axis deer also. There is a property owners asc. that takes care of the roads and the dues are $200 a year. If the girl with the bow comes with the deal I will have to consider it. (100 acres + cost of divorce lawyer). Yea I would still consider it.
