Seems like no one I tell has even heard of it but if you know, you know. Quick and easy to whip up to. Add turkey sometimes to. Lovely. We do BLT all the time, but our variation is with avocado, so BLTA. If you add in some thin sliced turkey, it makes it a turkey Club to us!  . And your right, sriracha aioli is awesome on any sandwich.

When I first met my wife this was one of our favorite sandwiches. She uses the butter lettuce, its a little more expensive but tastes so good. We also add variations like sriracha mayo or a fried green tomato.
