At least it ain't no pellet smoker. Yep. It really sucks being able to have smoke rolling in 5 minutes and then be able to sleep all night while it cooks.

At least it ain't no pellet smoker. Yep. It really sucks being able to have smoke rolling in 5 minutes and then be able to sleep all night while it cooks. I do that with a Kamado...uses real wood and lump charcoal.

Very nice set up I’m sure he’s very proud of it as he should be!! The same guys talking about needing a “Big Wood” smoker non stop actually probably have a “Small Wood” problem thr attempting to compensate for trying to convince others thr a mans man
