I live in TX and have the paper hunting license's but I have land in Oklahoma and hunt there. The Oklahoma hunting license's is on-line. I killed my 1st doe this last weekend in Oklahoma and it was easy. Filled out the date, antlered, county, public or private land and a few other questions. submitted page and got confirmation text and email with confirmation # within seconds, it was so easy. I'm sure some of you are asking ' what if you don't have a cell signal". I'm not sure, I would have to do it when i got to town but i'm lucky enough to get a cell signal. you can purchase a card showing your hunting registration number. I took the doe to a processor in paris tx and he asked where my licenses was. I showed him on line and it had everything he needed, no issues there. He mentioned that TX should do on-line license. Doing it on line was great and so much easier.

Unless a person does not have a cell phone or does not have internet .

Anyone without a cell phone or internet are probably used to things being different.
Maybe better, but different.

Then that is when you'd get paper tags printed out, at any licensing location.
