I haven`t eat`n cereal since the 70`s. I never liked drinking milk and the only thing that made it tolerable when I was a kid was all of the sugar.

Most mornings or a snack I have 1/2 cup old fashion oats and raisins in a bowl of milk. I also like shredded wheat.

First choice these days would be Crunchy Raisin Bran mixed with frosted mini wheats. But lately I’m sugar restricted, so I eat a mix of unfrosted cinnamon mini wheats mixed with Grape Nuts. Grape nuts are about as close to edible gravel as you can get.

Hard to only have one. Change is good especially when you get one you have not had in a while. If it came down to one I’d have to go with Frosted Flakes. They’re great

Captain Crunch, but you have to let it sit for about 10 minutes so it gets soggy. Cookie Crisp is also a favorite.

Thanks,
Rich

Honey Nut Cheerios are my go to, but I like Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Frosted Flakes, Lucky Charms, and several of the Capn Crunches as well. Fruit loops and Apple Jacks as well.

I see what you did there.

I eat cereal darn near every day. I mix it up, but normally its one of these: Frosted flakes, frosted mini wheats, raisin bran, lucky charms, honey bunches of oats, cheerios (any kind), oat clusters, plain granola, special K (with strawberries). But i've been known to eat any other cereal put in front of me.

I'm cracking up about how many grown men eat fruity pebbles.... or lucky charms! I haven't had anything like that since I was about 8! BUT I remember how good those fruity pebbles were. If I eat a couple bowls of cereal, I'm ready for breakfast in about 30 minutes.

I might have a bowl of raisen Bran if I'm out of eggs and bacon.

Cinnamon Toast Crunch is the only cereal I eat. I eat it dry.

That sounds great, might have to give it a try. Haven't had Nestles Quick in decades.
