Very nice!
I've only seen one in person, deer hunting outside Barnhart. Saw him at first light headed up the trail I came in on.
He was a big ol' boy and literally walked underneath my tripod legs and I truly thought he was gonna come up the ladder at one point. I about wet myself, but for some reason it never occurred to me to shoot it.
Hope I get another shot at one someday, they sure make a cool mount

Haven't had it in years but never spit any out. I am a sucker for happy endings and strapped cowboys.

Very very very cool!! Thanks for sharing.
Like Dirtnap, I've only seen one in person - I was in my barn and saw what at first I thought was a skunk crossing the pasture. Grabbed a gun and went to try to eradicate. I was wearing shorts and tennis shoes. As I got closer, I realized it was a badger and failed to get a shot as it went into the brush. Given my attire, and the reputation of the badger, I decided it prudent to back out and try another time. Unfortunately (or fortunately) I haven't seen once since - almost 6 years now.

Great looking mount!
I have a big one at my place and if & when I see him he will be going to my taxidermist. I'm sick of the big, deep holes. Dug one under my stock trailer this past week.
High fence, low fence, no fence, it really doesn't matter as long as you're hunting!

I've only seen one in person. On my hands and knees, stalking a group of antelope southwest of Roswell, NM, and I came upon a badger at about 10-12 feet. Backed up and circled wide on the continued stalk. Yes, the stalk was successful.
